Big R jobs around Yakima
Every photo here is from a real Big R job, taken by the crew. They run top to bottom the way a removal does: up in the canopy first, then near the houses and lines, then the trucks that get us there, and last the stumps, hedges and chips on the ground.
In the canopy
Most of the work starts up high. Climbers rope in and take a tree apart in sections, using spikeless methods whenever possible, and the bucket truck reaches what a rope can't.

Near houses and lines
A dead tree over a carport or a spar beside a utility pole is a bucket job with a crew on the ground. These are the trees that sit close to something that matters.

The fleet
White trucks, a black trailer, chippers and a green grapple loader. Every rig carries the number, (509) 969-9374.

At ground level
The job isn't done at the stump. Grinders take it below the surface, hedges get shaped, the chips go on a free list, and in winter the same crews plow snow.
